1. How to report infringing content
Send a written notice to the designated contact:
- Contact: DMCA Compliance

- Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice - nicolekidmandanceai.com
2. What to include in a notice
A notice should contain:
- Identification of the protected work. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If the notice covers more than one work, include a representative list.
- Identification of the material. Enough detail for us to find it, such as the exact URL or another specific location on this site.
- Your contact information. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- An accuracy statement. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your signature. A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized representative.
3. Review and removal
When a notice includes the information above, we review it and promptly remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe. We may notify the person who submitted the material and share a copy of the notice so they can respond if they believe the removal was a mistake.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to gx03410@gmail.com that includes:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We forward a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless that person notifies us that they have filed a court action, the removed material may be restored.
5. Repeat reports
Access may be limited or ended for anyone who repeatedly submits infringing material.
6. Fan-made use
Pages on this site refer to a popular dance trend as an independent fan-made tool. They are not an official production and do not imply a relationship with the people or creators associated with that trend. A rights holder who wants a page, example, or result reviewed can email gx03410@gmail.com with the URL. The report will be reviewed and content that should not remain will be removed promptly.
